This hands-on class will walk you through the techniques for successful oyster mushroom cultivation. We will cover substrate preparation, inoculation methods, growing conditions, and harvesting. Oyster mushrooms are one of the easiest, most delicious mushrooms to grow. Participants will each take home an oyster mushroom log! Taught by Paul Weber of Three Creeks Farm + Forest.
